Tender Details

40 Smart Class rooms are operational in 40 Government Schools falling within the ABD Area. It was felt that specific installations, construction and maintenance works should be carried out in all the Government Schools within the city including:

  • Installation of RFID (Radio frequency Identification card) system for monitoring of attendance and as a safety feature for students;
  • A set of table and chair to each student of government school in Udaipur city; making roof of every government school leak proof;
  • Construction of separate toilets for boys, girls and differently abled students in every government schools; installation of a computer system in every school for implementation of Project Utkarsh;
  • Adequate water supply, R.O. systems connected through water tank at every school for providing safe drinking water.
  • Modernization & refurbishment of Anganwadis through installation of pre loaded educational contents for kids. The walls of the building painted with educational and descriptive artwork. A toy bank will be provided at each Anganwadi for kids.

USCL in consultation with local leaders, has prepared a list of schools where the above said installation, construction and maintenance works are supposed to be carried outwith an estimated expenditure amounting to Rs.10 Crores.

About Us

Government of India has now announced the list of 20 cities selected to be taken up for development as smart cities in Round 1 of the Smart City Programme out of the 97 competing cities. On the basis of the scoring done by the panel of experts, the top 20 cities have been selected for funding in the current financial year (2015-16).
